The Meridian360 Portal integration uses a distribution matrix to notify project members of package transfers. The distribution matrix resides in the vault after you import it as described in Importing the support files. The distribution matrix is a MS Excel workbook named Distribution matrix.xlsx that contains three worksheets named Availability, Roles, and Matrix. Create rows in each worksheet to specify the notification recipients and their project roles for your organization.
Note Do not change the name of the distribution matrix file. The vault location of the file is configured as described in Configuring the vault settings.
